The Steampunk 3D printed guitar: A tribute to one of my all-time favorite guitars, the Telecaster. This guitar features a 3D printed body with moving gears and piston. The entire body, including all its moving components is printed as a single component, with no further assembly required.

The Spider 3D printed guitar: A guitar with a spiderweb motif and spiders on the inside. The bodies are printed, using Selective Laser Sintering, by 3D Systems, on an sPro 230 SLS system. The material being used for these guitars is Duraform PA which is a very strong form of Nylon.

The Americana 3D printed guitar: A guitar inspired by a recent trip to New York, an amazing city that is full of life, both night and day, and that triggered a fascination with American symbolism and patriotism.

The Hive 3D printed guitar: A guitar inspired by nature, with bees inside the guitar. The guitar features a stunning candy sunburst paint job and airbrushed bees by New Zealand airbrush artist

The Hive 3D printed bass guitar: A bass guitar with a hexagon motif and bees on the inside. The bodies are printed, using Selective Laser Sintering, by 3D Systems, on an sPro 230 SLS system. The material being used for these guitars is Duraform PA which is a very strong form of Nylon.

The Spider 3D printed guitar was designed specifically for laser sintering, one of the common 3D printing technologies that allows for the manufacture of full strength, extremely complex parts. The entire body, including all the little spiders inside the body, was printed as a single component, which could not be manufactured any other way.
